Baked Camembert with honey, hazelnuts and thyme
Baked Camembert is the perfect recipe for a lazy day. Ready to bake in less than 10 min and ready after 20 min. This recipe came out of a magazine and the honey works really well!
Ingredients:
- 1 Camembert cheese
- honey
- olive oil
- salt
- hazelnuts, bashed
- thyme, leaves only
Method:
- Place the Camembert in a baking tray and gently prick the top with a fork. Use a Camember baker if you have one - I don't but I have a ovenproof pie dish which is exactly the right size!
- Add in the ingredients in the following order: honey, hazelnuts, thyme, olive oil, honey and salt.
- Place the cheese in the oven at 200°C until the top is golden, approximately 20 min.
- Serve with bread or cream crackers.
